Rental rates: (Deposits are non-refundable after 72hrs prior to reservation date. The hourly rental rate is $85, with a 2-hour minimal. AFTER HOURS FEE STARTS AT 7PM Weekends (Friday-Saturday) $215 for 2 hours, PRE-PAYMENT IS REQIRED FOR THIS RESERVATION TYPE AND CAN NOT EXCEED 3 HOURS. Weekdays (Monday-Thursday) $170 for 2 hours, PRE-PAYMENT IS REQIRED FOR THIS RESERVATION TYPE AND CAN NOT EXCEED 3 HOURS. Complimentary Services include: Drinks/Food Warmers- Bring your own (prepared food) We provide food warmers and will assist with setting up your food. We will provide bottled water and a complementary coffee and tea station. BYOB. House Wine available upon request. Music- Bring your own music or a DJ.
